I just wanted to thank each of you for your contribution to "think BIG". As with each series, we grow in our ability to trust God through the obstacles that come with the builds BUT I think this series really showed how much growth we have had. We began our project with God and we went to Him with each problem. All things were resolved and BAM!!!!!! We have really Awesome, really BIG Chandeliers!!!!!
The other thing "Really BIG" thing that I loved about this build was the contribution of so many talents and willing hearts. So thank you:
Brad and Don for trusting us and letting us have this much freedom and fun!!!!
Mark for cutting and drilling all 18 circles
Donna and Kathryn for being willing to sit and cut and strip and push fat cable into skinny slots and paint and paint and paint
Sheryl for painting with a newborn!!!!!
Milo, Davis and Alec for being willing to test bulbs, spray paint, roll cables in and out of the sun, haul boxes and pick up trash.
Jeff for sitting with me and allowing me to talk through everything before we started the build, for helping me order all of the parts, clearing the stage and moving the ladders, for focusing lights when I was too tired, for listening to me babble when I was frustrated and for lunch!!!!!!
Lindy for taking pictures so we will finally have something to look back on!!!!
Jim, for standing on a ladder and screwing in light bulbs, for cutting, stripping, stuffing, learning, going up in the lift to help hang, and for taking the hit when the light fell from the pipe!!!!!
Treeta for having vision, being bold and willing to try new things, for making the bathroom look pretty, for cutting and stripping, for painting, for shopping with me and for playing with hot glue and light bulbs!
Kristen for anticipating me, for counting and recounting light bulbs, for always cleaning up after us, for keeping things orderly, for helping hang everything and for being willing to take the lead on the "look" of everything! That was huge and I am very proud of you for that!!!!!!!!
It really does take that many people to make things like this work. You may think your contribution is small but it is really and truly needed! I look forward to our next build and hope you enjoyed it as much as did and I hope that you will do it again!
In Him,
Dana Tucker
