Single Impact Ministry

Single Impact is a group of single adults 35 years or older.  Our ministry focus is to provide a place where mature relationships can be formed and where you can connect with others who share your same life stage.  Whether you've never married, are divorced or widowed, or if you're a single parent - this is the community for you.  Be sure to scroll through the list of our activities below.  There is always something going on, so jump in at any time!

Sunday Evening Gatherings

Our Sunday evening gatherings are the best way to get connected.  Join us at 5:30pm in Bldg B on May 13th and May 20th for a two-part Evangelism Training led by Matt Freeman and Mike Lefevre.  The training is meant to ignite an excitement and impart skills to share your faith.  We begin with having dinner together at 5:30 and then we will dig into the topic together.  Childcare is available free of charge.

NOTE: We will not be meeting Memorial Day weekend (May 27th).
 
 

Sunday Mornings

If you would like some people to sit with during our regular Sunday morning church services, come look for us in the front foyer of either Building A or D at the place called "Starting Point" about 10 minutes early.  The sanctuary can sometimes be an intimidating place to walk into alone, so if you would like to set up a rendezvous with someone in advance because it's your first visit or you would simply like a friendly face to greet you, please let us know.  Look for someone from our group at each of the services with name tags that say "Single Impact."

Fun Social Events

We always have people in our group coordinating game nights at someone's house, monthly Friday dinners out together, outdoor activities, and more.  We even have outings like "Enchiladas at Dart Bowl" and real Thanksgiving dinner at someone's home for those who may not be traveling out of town or have any family close by.

We will be setting up a listserv for our group to help us stay in touch during the week.  Examples: need help moving?  Have a special prayer request?  Have a last minute idea for getting a social event together?  Stay tuned for details on how to sign up.

Child Care

Every Sunday evening when we get together, our church graciously provides free childcare so you can more freely attend Bible study uninterrupted.  Periodically, we may even be able to provide child care for some of our outside events as a group.
