Serve five Sundays (or more) with Ridge Kids this summer!
If you are looking for a new opportunity to serve, summer is a great time to check out Ridge Kids. Fill out the form for your campus with the dates you are available, and our team will follow up with next steps.
We are looking for loving adult volunteers to either rock or stroll babies on Sunday mornings at our Bee Cave Campus.

We're looking for friendly adults and students who can help greet families as they arrive, register children in their age-appropriate groups and escort them to their classrooms, and answer questions about Ridge Kids and other ministries on our campus.
Adults and students can serve in this role to lead kids in discussion, activities, and celebration on Sunday mornings, alongside a team of other leaders and amazing kids! All resources are provided.
If you are comfortable being upfront and on-stage, this is the role for you! You'll participate with other storytellers and actors to share God's story in a fun and accessible way for kids of all ages.
Do you love to praise and worship God? Join our team of volunteers who lead kids alongside lyric videos during our large group time on Sunday mornings. Be ready to practice dance motions and have fun!
We're looking for volunteers to work alongside a team to provide the lights, sounds, and programming for our large group time.
If you're ready to be all in, join our team of Small Group Coordinators to connect with our leaders throughout the week and provide leadership and support for them on Sunday mornings.
For those who want to serve during the week, we need volunteers to help prepare activities and gather supplies for our curriculum each week, along with keeping all of our supplies organized and neatly stored to make Sunday mornings easy.
Currently, this unique serve opportunity is offered only at our Bee Cave and Southwest campuses. Contact your campus for more details on how you can support the leaders who support our kids!

Bethany grew up in San Antonio, Texas and graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Elementary Education. She loves hiking, getting tacos with friends, and curling up on the couch with a book and her cat. Bethany spent a few years serving in various kids' ministries, most recently completing a children's residency program in College Station. She is excited to join the Austin Ridge helping our kids, know, grow, and serve Christ

Brady Ellen Poole found a passion for serving in Children's Ministry while leading large group services for K-5 students in California. Brady has worked in Production for Theater as a Stage Manager, a Sound Engineer, and most recently, a Lighting Technician on a show in Macau, China. She earned a B.F.A. at University of North Carolina School of the Arts and a Master's in Arts Administration at Goucher College. Her husband Gary is on staff at Austin Ridge and they have two children, Ethan and Avery.

Hannah grew up just outside of Kansas City, Missouri. She graduated from Mizzou with one BA in Anthropology and another in Ancient Mediterranean Studies. After getting married and graduating, she moved out to the Bay Area for a year and is now excited to be a Texan! In her free time, Hannah enjoys drinking coffee, cuddling with her puppy, and hanging out with her husband, Seth. She is so excited to be a part of laying the foundations of faith in young children and pointing them to Jesus!

Harley was born in Georgetown, Texas, but she grew up in many places across the country being a part of a military family. She returned to Texas to study Neuroscience at Texas Christian University (Go Frogs!). After attending college, she built a business in the insurance industry, developing and leading a team of successful brokers. She is a relationship builder, passionate recruiter, and experienced trainer.
Alongside her career, and being a mom to her beautiful daughter Willow, Harley has served in children’s ministry since 2016. She loves working with children and is inspired to make an impact in their lives that shapes their future and brings glory to God. She has been a part of the Austin Ridge family since 2021 and is a fully-surrendered follower of Jesus. In her spare time, Harley enjoys hiking, spending time in nature, traveling, listening to audiobooks, and spending time with her friends and family.

Jason was born and raised in Nashville, Tennessee, and graduated from Middle Tennessee State University and Southwestern Seminary. He was a public school teacher and has been in full-time ministry since 2000. He is married to Sarah, and they have five children, Katie Beth, Everett, Nolan, and twins, Lyla and Sosie. He enjoys exploring new places during family vacations, coaching youth sports, and watching his favorite teams (Vanderbilt, Yankees, and Steelers). In order to reach all generations and families for Christ, Jason is passionate about equipping individuals with the necessary tools and motivations to authentically share their stories and impact others around them.

Katy was born and raised in Indiana and graduated from IBC, studying Travel and Hospitality Management. She and her husband, Larry, relocated their family to Texas in 2009 after being stationed at a USMC base in California. Starting as new homeowners in Buda, Katy became a Jesus Follower after a few trials that brought her to her knees in surrender.
Katy and her family visited the Ridge when they moved to Dripping Springs in 2018 and were hooked! They got plugged in immediately, having the opportunity to lead a life group and be apart of Ridge Kids alongside their four kids. She is an avid reader, treasure hunter (thrift shopper), lover of all Bible studies, and cherisher a good family game night.

LaRhonda was born and raised in Indiana. She and her husband moved to Houston in 1994. They moved to Austin in 2011 and fell in love with the city. In 2018 they moved back to Houston, but that would not last long, and in 2020 they returned to Austin. LaRhonda graduated from Purdue University, majoring in Math and minoring in Education. LaRhonda taught high school for four years and then became a full-time mom. She has four grown children and loves spending time with them and being active outdoors. She is excited to be a part of Ridge Kids and looks forward to seeing what God will do!

Matthew was born and raised in sunny coastal Florida. He graduated from Johnson Bible College, majoring in Youth Ministry and Preaching, in 2009. Matthew moved to Katy, Texas, after college and met his wife, Jesica, and they have four beautiful children. Matthew has served in Children's ministry for the last seven years and is excited to continue equipping parents and leaders. Matthew enjoys playing with his kids, playing golf, working on his trucks, and searching for the best BBQ. His greatest passion is to equip parents to be the primary spiritual influence in their children's lives.
