Brad was born and raised in South Carolina. He attended Clemson University and Dallas Theological Seminary. He married a Texan named Courtney and they laugh a lot with their two kids Lydia and Luke. Brad loves movies and playing golf and has a tendency to have a near death experience every few years just to keep things interesting.

Originally from Houston, David got to Austin as quickly as he could. He earned a BBA in Finance from the University of Texas and an MA in Christian Leadership from Fuller Theological Seminary. David worked as a banker for 7 years, and then served on staff with Young Life for 15 years. He joined the staff of Austin Ridge Bible Church in July 2007 after attending here since 1998. David is married to Betsy and has 2 children--a son, Taylor, and a daughter, Lindsay.

David loves running (Finished 5 Austin Marathons and 10 Half Marathons) fly fishing, Barton Springs, the Rocky Mountains and the T-Rex omelet at Magnolia.

Originally from New Jersey and most recently living in Ohio, Dave and Karen are thrilled to be living in sunny Austin and serving the Lord at The Ridge.  In his role as Pastor of Ministries he works alongside Brad to develop and implement The Ridge's purpose, vision and strategy in all of the ministries of The Ridge.  He loves to see all of the team rowing in the same direction. Dave committed his life to Jesus as a freshman in college and has served as a Student Ministries Pastor and Executive Pastor in churches in Florida, Texas, Ohio and back to Texas. Dave and Karen have 2 daughters Amber and Kristy.  Amber lives south of Houston and is a special education teacher.  Kristy and son in law, Michael, live in Northern Kentucky.  Dave enjoys basketball, running, golf and biking with Karen.  

Born and raised in the northeast, Don’s family relocated to San Diego so he could meet his beautiful wife, Becky. After graduating from San Diego Christian College, Don and Becky moved to Texas to start their family and continue Don’s education (MA in Biblical Studies from Dallas Seminary). Clearly getting their mother’s good looks and charm, Don and Becky’s four kids are the joy of their life. Karis, Alec, Brooke and Jessica are hilarious and entertain their parents to no end. Don loves going on dates with his wife, anything at the beach, USC football, college football and basketball, Hula Hut, reading and chocolate.

Born and raised in Kansas, Jeremy attended Kansas State University prior to getting his master's degree in counseling at Dallas Seminary.  He says if there is one thing he could use to describe himself it would be the music of the blues, for the blues acknowledges that in this life there will be pain.  It is how we choose to live in the midst of this pain that defines our existence.

Jeremy is married to his best friend, Vicky, and they have a beautiful little girl named Hadley.  When he isn't angering his neighbors with his guitars and amps, he can be found with his nose in a book or spending time with friends.  He's convinced that many of life's difficulties will melt away when good food and good drinks are shared in the company of good friends.

Matt is the outgoing, fun-loving Missions Pastor who never tires of seeing or hearing how God changes lives. He enjoys mobilizing and motivating for real life adventures outside the walls of the church (here in Austin and around the world). He has a knack for alliteration, thus his huge heart for the lost, let down and looking. Matt is energized by people, travel and a sweet cup of coffee. He is grateful to share his faith journey with anyone who will listen. Matt is married (way up) to Chris and has two sensational children, Zach and Kaili.

T.J. and his wife Rachel have been attending ARBC since 2001.  They have three kids: Jake, Emma, and Thomas.  T.J. recently served on the Elder board, and while on the board, was asked to lead the Adult Ministries area at Austin Ridge. In the fall of 2010 he was brought on to full-time staff at the Ridge to lead the Small Groups and Men's Ministries.  He has a passion for marriages, for children, and most importantly, for showing Christ to those who are thirsting.  He and Rachel love being involved in ministry at the Ridge and feel blessed to be a part of the amazing things God is doing at the church and in our community.  

John is a native Austinite and serves as the Children’s and Family Ministry Pastor at the Ridge. He is married to Valerie and has a son named Colt --- yep, named after that Colt. John graduated from Howard Payne University with a BA in Christian Studies, received his Masters of Religious Education from Liberty Theological Seminary and has recently undertaken further study at Princeton Theological Seminary.

John has served on staff in the area of Children’s and Family Ministry since 1998 and came on staff at the Ridge in July of 2010. His passion and calling is for the church to partner with parents and to equip them to be the primary vehicles for the spiritual development of their children. He is an avid (or rabid) Longhorn fan, skier, golfer and sees the show Bizzare Foods as a challenge for his dietary endeavors. 

Having grown up and gone to college in Virginia, Brian and his family moved to Austin in 1992 to continue his ministry with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship. With a passion to see transformation in people and culture, Brian joins the ARBC staff as Pastor of Spiritual Development, where he will be working to provide ways for all of us to take our next step in relationship to Jesus.

Brian has been married to Lisa for more than half his life and together they have three college age boys - Zach, Trevor and Avery. Brian loves coffee, laughing, conversations that go below the surface, running, the Red Sox, Barton Springs and good books.
