Want to make a spiritual difference?
We have two great ways for you to get started!

We would encourage you to take advantage of these two tools to learn more about your spiritual gifts and how you can make a spiritual difference. After you take the test and do the Bible study, the best way to discover your spiritual gift(s) is to start serving.

How Do I Begin?

If you are interested in serving in any of the areas below, please email bcwomen@austinridge.org.

Ridge Women Pursuing Team
“It’s easier than ever to live in communities with no real sense of community. Neighbors don’t know neighbors, and our lives are lived online rather than on the front porch. But living a life of radically ordinary hospitality can allow strangers to become neighbors, and, by God’s power, those neighbors can become part of God’s family.” Melissa Kruger

The RW Pursuing Team reaches those outside the church who don’t yet know Christ and connects those inside the church who want to find their place to belong and make a spiritual difference.

Ridge Women Missions Team
Do you have a heart to reach the unreached and serve the vulnerable? We have opportunities to learn, pray, serve and go right here in our city and around the world. The RW Mission Team gets involved and helps to create pathways of involvement for others.

Ridge Women Social Media Ambassador Team
Social media as ministry is about leading women toward knowing Jesus, growing in him and making a spiritual difference in the life of others. It’s not about gaining followers or building a platform; it’s about making disciples. This ambassador team will do what you’re already doing – engaging in social media – but with the purpose of making disciples through sharing and engaging with our RW social media content.

Ridge Women Events Team
Women’s ministry events [think An Evening with Jamie Ivey; An Evening with Jen Wilkin; ARBC: Holiday Table] are dynamic strategies and avenues to help every woman know Jesus, grow in him and make a spiritual difference. Though they happen once or twice a year, gathering creates momentum and reminds us that we are not alone as we try to follow Jesus. This team will use their unique gifts and talents to make an impact in the lives of women through events at Austin Ridge.
