Lead Pastor: Steven Hill

Born and raised in Central Texas, Steven is thrilled to call Austin home. He and his San Diego-born wife, Hayley, met in college at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor and have been married since May 2010. Their son, Amos, was born in February 2018. After graduating from UMHB with a degree in Biblical Studies, Steven completed his Master of Arts in Theological Studies from George W. Truett Theological Seminary at Baylor University. Steven has a deep passion for the local church and loves to see young adults fully committed to Jesus. He loves the Texas Rangers, Baylor Bears, Dr. Pepper, and books.

Ministry Assistant: Laura Benton

Laura was born and raised in the sunny state of CALIFORNIA!!! She grew up in Southern California where she enjoyed her summers at the beach, and then moved to Northern California where she attended college at San Jose State. She earned her degree in Child and Adolescent Development with a minor in Mathematics, but let’s be honest, she mostly went to school to play water polo. Laura, her husband, Dan, and her three girls, Cassidy, Libby, and Emily, made the trek out to Austin in August 2018. It is Laura’s great joy to have fun serving people, which is what she is doing as a ministry assistant for Life Groups and Young Adults. While she is still adjusting to the Texas sized bugs and mosquitos, Laura still enjoys playing water polo, being silly with her kids, and finding any reason to go on an adventure!!!

Creative Associate: Kelly Moses

After growing up in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and graduating from Texas A&M University, Kelly found herself looking for a change of pace. Austin's music scene and hill country views were enticing enough for her to move in October of 2015. Kelly later found a wonderful community of friends the start of 2016 with The Table, and has been happily serving ever since! She's pleased to make the transition to Creative Associate for The Table. She loves making playlists for her friends, jamming out to the latest artist you've probably never heard about, and hiking around the Green Belt.
