AUSTIN DISASTER RELIEF NETWORK
ADRN is comprised of 175+ churches in the Greater Austin area that will meet the emotional, physical, and spiritual needs of those affected by disaster. It's required to attend an ADRN orientation in order to become an badged volunteer when disaster strikes.
Cornerstone Restoration is a construction-based, volunteer-driven ministry that restores hope to those going through difficult times. Their focus is on serving the elderly, widows, single parents, children and survivors of human trafficking or sexual exploitation.
Foster Village exists to come alongside families in the Austin area foster care system and show them that they are not alone. Their goal is to create opportunities for the community to be a "village" of support to these vulnerable and underserved children and families.
GOD OF HOPE MINISTRIES
God of Hope provides Christian care to men and women incarcerated in Austin and the central Texas area. Their programs include: faith-based dorms, prison wide studies, and 'pre/post' reentry.
HEART OF TEXAS PREGNANCY RESOURCE CENTER
Heart of Texas Pregnancy Center believes that love brings real hope for expecting parents even in a situation that may seem so hopeless in the moment. Their services include pregnancy tests, limited ultrasounds, individual support, resource help, and medical referrals at no cost.
The mission of the Latino ministry at Austin Ridge is gospel advancement through church stengthening by encouraging, equipping, and empowering pastors of local Latino churches with the needed confidence in the power of the gospel.
MOBILE LOAVES & FISHES: AUSTIN RIDGE FOOD TRUCK
Austin Ridge partners with Mobile Loaves & Fishes to serve 100 meals per night, 7 days a week to provide the 'gospel message' through food, clothings, hygiene products and other life sustaining items to our homeless neighbors.
MOBILE LOAVES & FISHES: COMMUNITY FIRST! VILLAGE
Community First! Village is 51-acre master planned development that provides affordable, permanent housing and a supportive community for the chronically homeless in Central Texas. Additionally, Mobile Loaves & Fishes’ Community Works program provides micro-enterprise opportunities that enable formerly homeless men and women to earn a dignified income.
SIDE BY SIDE KIDS
A faith-based, afterschool and mentoring program serving Travis Heights Elementary School along with several other schools. SBSK serves kids from K-5, encouraging and equipping them to reach their highest God-given potential as everyday leaders and heroes of tomorrow.
Austin Ridge desires to be a church that is dedicated to reaching the unreached in our city through the mobilization of our church body within the Travis Heights community. We are currently doing this through prayer walking and meeting tangible needs through teaching english and academic tutoring.
TRUCARE PREGNANCY CENTER
TruCare Pregnancy Center exists to save unborn babies, share the Gospel, and provide support to those facing unplanned pregnancies. The center offers counseling on the emotional, spiritual, and physical aspects of pregnancy and information about available options. Free services such as pregnancy testing, sonography, abortion recovery classes, maternity and baby items are also available to clients.
RED OAK HOPE
Red Oak Hope is dedicated to bringing freedom, hope and restoration to survivors of sexual exploitation. We work to stop trafficking and exploitation on a large scale, while simultaneously providing holistic care. We have programs internationally and locally in Austin, TX. There are a number of ways you can join us!
YOUNG LIFE: CENTRAL TEXAS
Young Life introduces adolescents to Jesus Christ and helps them grow in their faith. It doesn't start with program, but with adults who are concerned enough about kids to go to them, on their turf and in their culture, building bridges of authentic relationships. We invite kids to follow Christ, care for them regardless of their response, and change lives in the process.
