Unreached People Groups (UPGs) Prayer Requests

Unreached People Groups (UPGs) Prayer Requests

BALINESE PRAYER REQUESTS
    • Pray for the opportunity to purchase a warehouse next to their property for a future church. It seems that this is a step of faith the Lord is directing them to take. They are currently negotiating price.
    • There are a few different student candidates in the pipeline for the upcoming school year. Please pray that they can add more students.

JENTUBERI PRAYER REQUESTS
    • Pray for unity within the team as they are in different stages of language learning. That they would encourage one another toward their common goal.
    • Pray for one of the couples and their upcoming baby delivery—for a healthy mom and baby and safe travel.
    • Pray for another couple and their transition to village life, for relational growth and community favor.
    • Pray for consistent progress in the language learning class as they move toward long-term impact.

N* PRAYER REQUESTS
  • A breakthrough in the Tibetan Buddhist world – that the Lord will continue to draw people to Himself.
  • We need to see the love of God poured out into some very dry places. Pray for our students to meet with God in personal and meaningful ways that will bring transformation to their lives and then to those around them.
  • That their staff would have the energy, perseverance, and unity they need to continue to fight the good fight within their ministry. There are many encouraging signs and also challenges in raising their students.
  • As they reflect on 2024 and 2025, that the Lord would guide their steps and draw them closer to Him. They feel the Lord’s invitation to become People of Prayer (not just people who pray) in order to go out and be on mission.

    KAYKAR PRAYER REQUESTS
    • Pray for one couple as they balance language learning and parenting young children. Ask for wisdom, stamina, and meaningful relational connections in the community.
    • Pray for another couple as they manage the demands of their business, family, and ministry.
    • Pray for one of the wives in her role as the field language consultant, and for their daughter who is experiencing unexplained health issues and allergies.

      TUNISIAN ARABS PRAYER REQUESTS
          • People with Disabilities (PWD) project: Please pray for their Tunisian believer staff person, especially as he shares with the psychologist who asked him for a Bible.
          • Community Center: We are still praying and looking for believers to join us because the work is a lot and the workers are few.
          • Deaf Outreach: Pray for God to raise up deaf people who are willing to be filmed for Bible translation. Pray that God would give them wisdom about how and if to include animation or AI technology in filming.
          • Pray4Tunisia: Please pray for the Tunisian leaders. They are trying to walk with their disciples through spiritual deliverance. The effects of witchcraft and pacts made with evil before coming to Christ are being dealt with through focused prayer and repentance and it is heavy for the disciple makers walking with new believers. Pray for unity among believers, for hearts to continue to be soft and receptive to the Gospel and for nothing to thwart God’s good plans for this nation.
          • Digital Media Outreach: Please pray for our team as they seek to serve many seekers and believers who are contacted them on social media. Our responders have very significant stressors and burdens outside of their ministry-persecution, illness, family problems, etc. Many of the people we serve have overwhelming problems and challenges. Pray for them to be built into Christ and for churches to form that can support and encourage one another.

        Christine Maddux

Christine was born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska. She received her degree in Recreation and Leisure Studies at the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Since college, Christine has spent time working in Parks and Recreation as well as at a Christian Camp in Sequoia National Forest in California. A trip to Nepal really opened her heart to all aspects of missions. She loves being outside in the sunshine as much as possible, reading, and watching Husker sports – especially football. Go Big Red! She’s excited to be living in the warmth of the south alongside her husband, Landon, and grateful for this chapter working in ministry and getting to pursue her passion for people.
