Creating environments for students to know, grow, and serve Jesus

Our high school ministry creates opportunities for students to be with their friends and learn about Jesus. We break out into small groups, go on retreats, get crazy with events, gather during the week, and serve as a team — all to pursue God and love people!

Ridge Students Team

  • Ali Hutcherson

    Ali Hutcherson

Ali was born and raised in San Antonio. She graduated from Texas State University where she studied Curriculum & Instruction and was a member of the university’s dance team. In addition to dancing, Ali volunteered with Young Life for four years and likes to sing, go to concerts, enjoy the outdoors, and hang out with friends. She loves living in Austin and finding all of the cool hangout spots the city has to offer that she can go to with students from the Ridge!

  • Bailey Walman

    Bailey Walman

Bailey is a Florida boy and it shows! He grew up at the hands of Disney World and Universal Studios, and oftentimes it's the only life he ever knew until he met Jesus. Bailey met Jacqueline in the most millennial way; on social media, and they couldn't be more excited to serve the Kingdom alongside each other full time! Bailey is super pumped and honored to lead the next generation of Ridge Students into not just knowing about Jesus, but following Him in all and through all.

  • Bradley Brittain

    Bradley Brittain

Bradley and his wife, Naomi, met while serving as interns in Student Ministry. They have two cute kiddos, Quinn and Fitz. He became a Christ Follower in Student Ministry when he was 14 (in Las Vegas of all the places!) and has a deep desire to help young people connect with God and grow deeply in their relationship with Him. Favorite past times include eating, reading, drinking coffee, and watching movies.

  • Carly Arnett

    Carly Arnett

Carly is originally from Chicago, Illinois, but she moved to Austin five years ago. She attended Baylor University where she studied Business Administration, Social Work, and Non-Profit Marketing! You can often find Carly cheering on the St. Louis Cardinals, watching college football and basketball, hanging out with friends, attending concerts, and going for a run along the Lady Bird Lake Trail.

  • Coley Stephens

    Coley Stephens

Coley is originally from Keller, Texas, and then attended the University of North Texas. He studied communication and philosophy while at UNT. He was in college ministry for 6 years and loves reading God's word and sharing his faith with others. Usually, you can find him at local coffee shops reading, working out and staying active, or enjoying quality time with friends!

  • Emma Priesmeyer

    Emma Priesmeyer

Emma was born and raised in the Houston area, then went on to attend the University of North Texas, where she received her B.A. in Digital and Print Journalism and a minor in Political Science. She fell in love with the Lord, His people, and the Church through involvement with her college ministry at UNT, where she gained a heart for the lost in building relationships with students there. In her free time, you can find her thrifting, trying new coffee shops around the city, or going to concerts!

  • Grace Brewer

    Grace Brewer

As a product of the Bee Cave student ministry, Grace never thought she would be working at Austin Ridge. After she returned from her freshman year at Missouri State to be a summer intern, she fell in love with the ministry and never looked back. Grace spent the last year working with students at the Bee Cave campus and is excited to see what Dripping Springs holds and what God will do in the students' lives. Grace is passionate about students having a personal relationship with Jesus and hopes to be just a small part of that life-long journey.

  • Holly Dvorak

    Holly Dvorak

Originally from Virginia and more recently a resident of Charlotte, North Carolina, Holly and Todd relocated to Austin in 2018. God’s perfect timing led them to Texas just as the youngest of their three sons graduated from college. Now that their boys live all over the United States, their favorite pastime is planning great trips and adventures where they can reconnect as a family and enjoy the amazing scenery and handiwork of God. On a more personal note, Holly's passion for all things "organization" has been a blessing to the many homes and families she has served over the years as a family manager coach. Now, God is using those gifts and talents at the Dripping Springs campus.
