Ridge Kids offers weekly programming for children from birth through 5th grade across our campuses, and special events and camps throughout the year, where kids can learn about God’s love for them.

Embrace Special Needs Ministry
We offer one-on-one pal support and host classes for children, teens, and young adults with special needs, creating an opportunity for the entire family to worship and study God’s Word.
Baptism Class
For ages 10 through seniors in high school, we offer a short class that walks participants through understanding what baptism is and is not. Join one of our upcoming classes at your preferred campus to be part of our baptism services!

Bethany grew up in San Antonio, Texas and graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Elementary Education(whoop). She loves hitting her 7am Life Time fitness class, hanging out with her chickens, and curling up on the couch with a book. She is excited to help our kids know, grow, and serve Jesus.

Brady Ellen Poole found a passion for serving in Children's Ministry while leading large group services for K-5 students in California. Brady has worked in Production for Theater as a Stage Manager, a Sound Engineer, and most recently, a Lighting Technician on a show in Macau, China. She earned a B.F.A. at University of North Carolina School of the Arts and a Master's in Arts Administration at Goucher College. Her and her husband Gary have two children, Ethan and Avery.

Caleb is from Houston, Texas (the Sugar Land area) where he developed a love for basketball, spoken word, baking, and the person of Jesus. In 2018, he moved to Austin, Texas to attend The University of Texas where he graduated with a degree in Kinesiology and his teaching certification for physical education. If he's not at a poetry slam somewhere, Caleb is dribbling a basketball, baking a tres leches, or experiencing God in church, fellowshipping with friends, or reading His word!

Colette relocated from Houston, Texas, in 2016 and has been attending Austin Ridge Bible Church’s Dripping Springs campus for a decade. She has faithfully served as a volunteer in Children’s Ministry for several years and is grateful to be part of what God is doing in the hearts of children and their families at Austin Ridge. Colette is excited to continue the kingdom work God has placed on her heart by joining the church staff. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and is passionate about serving others with excellence and care. In her free time, Colette enjoys spending time with family and friends, cheering on her son and the OBU Tiger Soccer team, and volunteering in the community alongside her daughter through the Dripping Springs Chapter of the National Charity League.

Dana is a proud Central Texas native and former teacher who served as a Ridge Kids large group leader for over 10 years before joining staff. She is passionate about helping children of all ages and their families know what it means to know and serve Jesus joyfully while growing stronger in their faith. She and her amazing husband Bo have been married for over 25 years and have two equally amazing sons, Drake and Duncan. She earned her BA and MA degrees from Baylor University (Sic ‘Em!) and loves spending her free time reading all kinds of books, practicing her digital photography skills, and taking her adorable dog Bolt on long walks on the nature trails and greenbelt areas around Austin.

She received her Bachelor's Degree in Practical Ministries, with a focus on Children’s Ministry, from Christ for the Nations Institute. Emily loves the Lord and loves teaching kids about the Lord, as well as music, the outdoors, and spending time with her friends and family!

Jason was born and raised in Nashville, Tennessee, and graduated from Middle Tennessee State University and Southwestern Seminary. He was a public school teacher and has been in full-time ministry since 2000. He is married to Sarah, and they have five children, Katie Beth, Everett, Nolan, and twins, Lyla and Sosie. He enjoys exploring new places during family vacations, coaching youth sports, and watching his favorite teams (Vanderbilt, Yankees, and Steelers). In order to reach all generations and families for Christ, Jason is passionate about equipping individuals with the necessary tools and motivations to authentically share their stories and impact others around them.
