Ridge Men

We are men who are God-honoring, Spirit-empowered leaders in our families, our work, and the world.
Have you ever asked yourself questions like, “What does it mean to lead my family well?” or “Is Jesus relevant to my life, family, and work?” At Austin Ridge, we want to tackle these questions head-on, together.
Our hope is that you would find an event, class, study, or group that fits your schedule, allows you to take the next step in your journey with God, and helps you get to know other men at the Ridge.
Men's Breakfast
Join us for breakfast to meet other Ridge men, enjoy great food, and hear straight talk about biblical manhood.

Disciplemaking Groups
Disciplemaking groups are small (4-6 people), same-gender groups that meet weekly for 9-12 months working through a curriculum designed by the Ridge around our beliefs of who a disciple is and what a disciple does.
D-Groups were created and designed specifically to make disciples who can make disciples. By learning to study the Bible for yourself, think theologically, develop spiritual disciplines, and articulate all of that in your own words, you will gain tools to not only lead and equip others, but to more faithfully move towards Jesus for the rest of your life!
Ready to join or lead a D-group? Fill out the form for your campus and our team will be in touch soon!

Becky was raised in Carlsbad, CA, so the beach is her favorite place. She and her amazing husband, Don, have awesome people - including four kids, a few kid-in-laws, and some beautiful grandbabies. The Ellsworths moved to Austin in 2001 for Don to be one of the pastors at Austin Ridge. Becky loves spending time with her family, taking fun vacations (which almost always include a beach and sometimes Disney), reading, cooking/eating, exercising, and spending time with friends. She loves working at Austin Ridge, and being a part of what the Lord is doing in Dripping Springs and around the world.

Chris and his wife Sunni were both born and raised in Texas. They met while attending Baylor University where Chris received a BA in Religion. He went on to get a Masters of Divinity at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth. Chris has served in ministry in nearly every area of the church - Students, College, Singles, Small Groups, Men's Ministry, Church Planting Lead Pastor and, most recently, the Lead Teaching Pastor in the Pacific Northwest. Chris and Sunni have two adult children, a son who married his high school sweetheart and still lives in the Pacific Northwest as well as a daughter who is about to graduate from Baylor University. Sunni has a Masters in Psychology, is a Certified Life Coach, and works at Austin Ridge in the Care Department.
For fun, Chris and Sunni like to drink coffee, cook and eat great food, exercise, and while Sunni loves running, Chris loves to play golf. Chris' passion for Men's Ministry is that men would embrace the call of God on their lives and grow to become spiritual leaders in their homes, their work, and their world. -

Greg Hill
Campus Pastor
Dripping Springs
As an Austin native, Greg loves this place and has a unique perspective and intuitive understanding of its history, people, and needs. He and his wife, Janie, along with a couple of friends, started Southwest Hills Community Church in 1998 with a vision to see the Oak Hill area transformed by the grace and truth of the gospel. That vision entered a new and vibrant phase when SHCC merged with Austin Ridge to become Austin Ridge Southwest – our church's first satellite campus. Greg and Janie have two awesome kids and two equally awesome kids-in-law. They love the hike-and-bike trails, fly-fishing, college football, and frequenting local coffee shops and Austin eateries.

Kimberly Ralph
Connections, Students + Worship Ministry Assistant
Southwest
Kimberly moved to Austin from Detroit when she was 21 years old. She loves hot weather and could not wait to get out of the snow. She attended Liberty University and graduated with a Communications-TV/Radio/Film degree. She is married to John with three adult children who still live in Austin. Kimberly has a passion for home decorating and landscape maintenance, so if she’s not shopping for home décor, you can find her with a chainsaw in hand out in the yard. A runner for over 22 years, she now enjoys time on the trail at Ladybird Lake, walking her dogs, and light biking. Her passion is talking with and encouraging high school students, college students, and young adults about life, God’s promise of a ‘future and a hope’ and how Jesus has a plan.
