REOPENING PLANNED FOR AUGUST 16
(effective July 30, 2020)

Austin Ridge,

As you know, our elders and staff have been in much prayer and conversation about the current COVID situation. We’ve missed worshipping in person with you and have been praying about the right time to begin physically gathering again. We have decided to begin meeting again for in-person worship services beginning Sunday, August 16.

Our Bee Cave and Southwest campuses will meet at 9am only (Bldg A only at Bee Cave). The Dripping Springs campus will meet at the Southwest campus at 11am. We hope to be back at the Dripping Springs Middle School in late September.

There are a few details to be aware of:

  • At this point, we will not be offering children’s and student ministries on Sunday mornings.
  • Appropriate social distancing will be observed for the health and well-being of everyone in our worship venues and foyers.
  • Hand sanitizer will be available.
  • Masks will be required for everyone 10 years and older.
  • Please plan to arrive a few minutes early as it could take a little longer than normal to get everyone seated.
  • If you are running a fever or not feeling well, please stay home and enjoy our online worship experience.

We will continue to monitor the health in our community and make adjustments each week to best accommodate our church family safely. Please do not feel pressured to come if you are not ready to do so. Our online worship experience will continue to be available for those who aren’t comfortable meeting in person or who aren’t feeling well. Beginning August 16, it will be available at 9am instead of 8am each Sunday.

Please be kind to those who may make a different choice than you. We want everyone to be able to worship freely and comfortably in whatever environment they choose. Our staff and elders are so excited to be with you again live and in person. Thank you for your patience and kindness as we walk through this unprecedented time together and for your continued flexibility as we do our best moving forward.

Grateful for you,

Brad Thomas | Lead Pastor
