Thanks for worshiping with us this Sunday! Brad took us through David's journey in I Samuel 23-24:13. Sometimes the hardest part of following God isn’t knowing what He has promised—it’s waiting for His timing. David had every reason to take matters into his own hands, but he chose obedience over shortcuts, trusting that God could accomplish His purposes without him breaking God’s commands. When circumstances, emotions, or impatience tempt us to take control, we can remember: it is always worth trusting God’s timing, even when He makes us wait.
