Aaron was born and raised in the Austin area. He married his wife Kaia in June 2025. He currently attends Liberty University and plans to go to seminary in 2026 to pursue a Master of Divinity degree. In his free time, Aaron enjoys reading and spending time outdoors.

Aubrey is from Lufkin, TX, the heart of the Pinewoods. She has been attending Austin Ridge for 4 years and is so excited to grow and serve through student ministry. Aubrey is part of the University of Texas class of 2026 where she studied nutrition in the DPD program and served as Captain of the Texas Coed Cheer Team (Hook’em!). In her free time, Aubrey enjoys cooking, painting, traveling, and spending time with family.

Brooke was born and raised a Texan and graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Communication. She met her husband, Patrick, at the Ridge, and they have two beautiful daughters, QJ and Logan. She has loved watching what the Lord has done through the Ridge over the years and feels extremely blessed to be on staff here. She loves all things Disney, is an enneagram 7, and believes pineapples belong on pizza.

Caleb has lived in multiple locations, Maryland in his younger years and Ohio for his high school and college season, and now ATX. He grew up surrounded by faithful ministry, as his dad has been a pastor since he was born. His love for the Church was influenced by his parent’s faithfulness in ministry, as well as from God’s calling in his own life. Caleb married his high school sweetheart, Brooke, and tends to talk about her a lot. He seeks to be a student of the Word and of culture, as he believes that God has big plans in store for this next generation for their good and for His glory. Caleb loves sports, skateboarding, video games, and movies - especially sci-fi and action movies. He is excited to see all that God has in store for the next generation in Dripping Springs!

Carson grew up in the Round Rock and Cedar Park area. He is currently a senior at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor, where he is pursuing a degree in Business and Christian Studies. Outside of school, Carson enjoys watching movies with friends, building LEGOs, and traveling. This summer he hopes to build a strong community among our middle school and high school guys.

Coley is originally from Keller, Texas, and then attended the University of North Texas. He studied communication and philosophy while at UNT. He was in college ministry for 6 years and loves reading God's word and sharing his faith with others. Usually, you can find him at local coffee shops reading, working out and staying active, or enjoying quality time with friends!

Grace grew up in Austin and attended the Ridge with her family. Though she loved her time here as a student, Grace never thought she would be working at Austin Ridge! Grace is passionate about students having a personal relationship with Jesus and hopes to be just a small part of that life-long journey. She is happily married to her best friend Tim, and they love living out in the Hill Country together. When not hanging with students, Grace is finding new coffee shops, loving on her pets Hank and Frankie, catching up with friends or attempting to beat her husband at pickleball.

Jason was born and raised in Nashville, Tennessee, and graduated from Middle Tennessee State University and Southwestern Seminary. He was a public school teacher and has been in full-time ministry since 2000. He is married to Sarah, and they have five children, Katie Beth, Everett, Nolan, and twins, Lyla and Sosie. He enjoys exploring new places during family vacations, coaching youth sports, and watching his favorite teams (Vanderbilt, Yankees, and Steelers). In order to reach all generations and families for Christ, Jason is passionate about equipping individuals with the necessary tools and motivations to authentically share their stories and impact others around them.
