One of the first things you’ll experience on a Sunday morning, is getting to sing to and about Jesus; Who he is, what he’s done, and the difference that makes in our lives!
Our worship teams at each campus are made up of people who are passionate about helping others connect with God through music. They work each week to create an environment that is welcoming, engaging, and free from distractions, so the focus stays on Jesus.

We’re looking for musicians and vocalists to join the worship team at all campuses! Whether you’ve been leading worship for years or simply want to serve, auditions are the starting point to get connected and be part of a team that helps lead our church in worship each week. If you sing or play guitar, keys, drums, bass, or another instrument, we hope you’ll sign up!

ARW exists to equip our church with songs to sing to the Lord together. We aim to write songs that proclaim who Jesus is, what he’s done, and how the good news of the gospel changes us.
We hope these songs help you know Jesus more, grow in knowledge of him, and serve one another for his glory.

Fun, God-centered music that kids and families can sing together
ARW Kids is a new way for us to share music that reflects how God is moving at the Ridge, specifically through the kids in our church!

RSW is a new way for us to engage with the next generation in music that is founded on God’s word and reflects His movement in our student ministry!

Austin is a Texas native with an appreciation for all things music. He attended Texas Tech University where he received a Bachelor of Psychology and Masters of Media. While in Lubbock, he met his wife Shannon. They have three children, Margot, Jack, and Townes and can be caught traveling, cooking mediocre meals, or embarrassing themselves with a family dance party in their free time. He loves the city of Austin, the people in it, and aims to glorify Jesus in all things.

Jeff is originally from Baytown, Texas, and has been in Austin since 2000. He has been married to Karol Ann since 1995, and they have two grown kids, two awesome grandsons, and two French Bulldogs. He has a Master's of Christian Leadership from Dallas Theological Seminary and has been in pastoral ministry for more than 20 years. Jeff has a passion for seeing people grow in their understanding of and obedience to Scripture and equipping them to equip others in the community, and has been doing that at the Ridge since 2013.

Joe is originally from Houston, Texas, and has been leading worship and serving in ministry for over a decade. He is married to his wife, Kalena, and together they are raising their little boy, SJ; the two met in College Station, though neither of them are Aggies—a fact they're quick to mention! Joe is passionate about helping people encounter the presence of God through worship, prayer, and discipleship, and loves equipping others to grow in their faith and follow Jesus wholeheartedly. He and his family are excited for this next season of ministry in Austin, Texas, and all that God has ahead.

Mark grew up a pastor’s kid in Kentucky. The church has always been a special place to him, but God is constantly showing and teaching him more about His Church. When he was 15 years old, he knew that God was calling him into full-time ministry; he just didn’t know where God would take him. A year later, he picked up a guitar and has now been leading worship for over 20 years. He met his wife, Sarah, at their previous church in Houston. They have four amazing kids: Jackson, Aubree, Micah, and Sawyer. They love life, music, and playing outside. Mark started at Austin Ridge on March 1, 2020. It has been an interesting season, but he has seen God move in such amazing ways. They are excited about this next season and can’t wait to see what God is going to do next.
