You spend a significant portion of your life at work. What if God intended your work to be one of the primary places where your faith grows and your purpose is lived out?

Join us for a six-week experience designed to help you discover how your faith and your work fit together. Beginning Thursday evening, September 3, you'll gain a biblical vision for work, practical tools for everyday challenges, and encouragement from others navigating similar workplaces.

Each session combines biblical teaching with real-world workplace experience, giving you practical tools to connect your faith with your everyday work. Whether you lead a company, manage a team, serve customers, work from home, or are just starting your career, you'll leave equipped to work with greater purpose.

Registration has closed online, but you will be able to register in-person during the first session. Come begin transforming the way you see your work - and the way you live out your faith every day. Space is limited.

Please Note:

  • Dinner will be provided at the beginning of each session.
  • You will be asked to login or create an Austin Ridge account when registering.
  • Childcare is available upon request.

    TJ and his wife, Rachel, have been attending Austin Ridge since 2001. They have three kids, Jake, Emma, and Thomas. TJ grew up in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and went to college in New York at the United States Military Academy at West Point. Upon graduation, he served as an Engineer Officer in the U.S. Army. After separating from the service, he ran a business for over 13 years before coming on staff at the Ridge in 2010. TJ finds great joy in seeing people go from ‘black and white’ to ‘color’ as it relates to how they view Jesus, their vocation, and the marginalized both in the city and around the world. He and Rachel love being involved in ministry at the Ridge and feel blessed to be a part of the amazing things God is doing here and in the community.
